Job description / Role
Position Title: Property Supervisor / Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Role:
• Overseeing the operations of specific areas such as asset management, safety, health environment, security and management system.
• Achieving maximum revenue on behalf of the landlord
• Marketing and promotion of properties using various means including working closely with the different agents
• Supervising and liaising with maintenance contractors to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all building equipment
• Ensuring an effective working relationship with the landlord and briefing Real Estate Manager promptly on any significant issues arising from those contacts
• Ensuring as far as possible that tenants’ complaints and concerns are attended with speedily and satisfactory
• Preparing weekly & monthly reports related to tenants and properties
• Collect deposits and rents enforces terms of rental agreement
• Responsible for the acceptance of new properties / vacant units and certifying them as “ready-for-occupancy” in co-ordination with Maintenance Department
• Responsible to issue lease agreement through Ejari system and minimizing expired contracts
• Update the rents as per RERA Index and market situation
Requirements

• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in the same role
• Must hospitality and real estate background
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Will handle the concerns of the top VIP tenants of a residential building
