The Job Opportunity
The Key purpose of the role is to supervise the move out process of tenants and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to effectively facilitate the property management process.
Key accountabilities
• Support Tenant orientations, presentations and related communications.
• Provide comfort to residents by interacting with them for timely assistance to resolve day to day issues.
• Handle difficult situations with tenants and address all issues and only escalate as a secondary resort.
• Move-In and Move-Out Inspections - inspect every property at the time of tenant move-in or move-out.
• On-demand Inspections - there will be requirement out assessments on a On Demand basis, as directed by the Client (repairs will be completed by other 3rd party companies)
Requirements
What we are looking for in our candidates:
• Has advance knowledge of residential property management
• Ability to supervise team members as required
