Employment: Full Time

Our client, is looking for an experienced Proposal Development Senior Specialist. You will be directly reporting to the Proposal Manager

This is an assistant role to support the proposal manager with day to day business needs and be groomed to cover for her when away. Good potential for growth in the future.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the proposal manager by liaising with Business Development Managers to prepare proposal plans that meet the objectives of the proposal requirements and timeline.
- Assist the proposal manager by Analyzing client requests (RFP, RFQ, RFI, etc.) to understand technical, financial, schedule and other requirements and determine final document structure.
- Monitor and remain current on amendments and modifications to client requests. Support the end-to-end proposal/RFP/presentation response process to ensure all expectations, actions, and timelines are understood and delivered.
- Liaise with other departments and subject-matter experts to obtain technical content required to prepare proposals in accordance with the proposal timeline.
- Assist in Providing technical writing, technical editing, production coordination, document management, and content development on proposal documentation to ensure they are accurate, well-written, and persuasive.
- Clearly define the scope of work and services offered to the customer and identify any clarifications or exceptions to the customers inquiry.
- Prepare, research, and write compliant, persuasive proposal text in the areas of qualifications, experience, staffing, technical responses, and resumes.
- Express technical aspects of projects to a variety of readers including technical and non-technical decision makers.
- Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Ensure proposal preparation processes are followed, standard style guide is used, and documents are submitted in accordance with established criteria.
- Maintain knowledge of approved company vendors, estimating methods and project execution procedures.
- Create, accumulate and maintain resource materials including course outlines, client references, staff CVs, photos, training materials, and company narratives including safety, environmental, quality management, project management, proven experience, etc. for proposal and marketing use.
- Continuously assist in improving the proposal and marketing process through best practices.
- Maintain the Quality of the proposals produced.
- Maintain all folders related to the proposals team and trainers in the Dropbox
- Create and maintain Proposal Templates
- Assist when needed with Trainers Scheduling is accurate and best for the Companies benefits
- Assist when needed to Ensure the Training Calendar is accurate at all times
- Quality check of all documents and templates in regular basis.
- Other duties as assigned by the line manager

Requirements

Ideal candidate should have a technical background in learning and development and contract development.

Candidate has to be a proactive self-starter with top-notch writing and organisation skills. attention to details is essential (this is a pure desk job)

Speaks, read and write English fluently. Arabic is a great advantage.

Working days: 6 days a week (Sat is a work from home only during the high season if required)
