Proposal Writer, Up to AED18,000 per month plus benefits, Dubai, UAE
Our client, a leading organisation in Dubai, is currently looking for a Proposal Writer to join their growing team.
As a Proposal Writer, you will be responsible the compilation of all proposals, both technical and commercial. The role primarily entails researching, preparing, writing, managing and submitting all necessary information required for Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and other tenders issued by clients or potential business associates.
Requirements
Ideal candidate for this role must have degree/formal qualifications in Communication/Business/English; 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar proposal development position, preferable to have experience in business development & marketing; technical writing and salesforce experience, knowledge of the security industry will be an advantage.
Key skills required include: ability to maintain strong working relationships with all levels of personnel at the company in order to ensure accurate information provided in all proposals; ability to oversee the work of others, as well as managing expectations and project deadlines; be proactive to grasp complex concepts, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ultimately present solutions effectively in written and visual format; and strong commercial, communication/intra-personal/negotiating, and administrative skills.
