Job description / Role
Our client, a leading organisation in Dubai, is currently looking for a Proposals and Business Development Coordinator to cover for a six-month maternity leave and join their growing team.
As a Proposals and Business Development Coordinator, your key responsibilities are proposals/pitches preparation, directories and awards submissions and creating marketing collateral to support client relationship activities. Specific duties include research and analysis of clients, targets, and competitors; creation, update and management of relevant and current marketing communications collateral, including thought-leadership, tailored meeting packs, e-marketing campaigns, website content, and marketing brochures; and assisting with internal and external client event coordination, such as the Middle East Academy and Business Development Induction for New Joiners.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have corporate experience and can easily / quickly pick up on the BD Coordinator tasks; a graduate (or equivalent) with qualifications in Business, Economics, Law, Commerce, Social Sciences/Marketing or similar; with three to five years’ experience in proposal and marketing collateral preparation in a professional services, banking and financial, consulting services or law firm environment. Additionally, you should also have the ability to engage teams to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure; excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and oral; and proactive, client-centric approach, balancing creativity, tenacity and attention to detail.
