PSG Business Manager

Job description / Role

We are looking for a results-driven, dynamic, industry specific Sales Manager who enjoys a high-intensity sales environment and with uncapped potential to be in charge of their earnings. Your main role as PSG Business Manager will be:
- To execute PSG sales strategies in order to maximize Xerox production printing solutions penetration in relevant industry segments through development of the PSG pipeline & the over-achievement of annual revenue & profit objectives.
- To sell Xerox Production printing equipment & solutions (PSG) in the specified Emirate/ territory/ market segment within the UAE.

The role requires working in close alignment & joint activity with the Direct & Indirect Sales organization to achieve common sales objectives and also help in the development of expertise of the sales BDMs for PSG products & solutions.

To qualify for this role, you need to have:
- At least 5+ years previous experience in Production Print/ Digital Printing Sales and Solutions with strong knowledge of Graphic Communication / printing industry. UAE Experience is preferable.
- An MBA or graduate school degree
- Knowledge of pre-press and printing workflows; knowledge of colour management and print MIS systems as well as variable data printing solutions. Experience in B2B & solution sales.
- We also need exceptional communication skills and someone with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment using a range of verbal and written skills, including drafting and delivering powerful PP presentations.

If you understand economics and the general flow of business operations & market share, company financials, balance sheets & P&L statements then you are going to hit the ground running!

Preference will be given to Arabic speaking candidates or those with second language capabilities.
