Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As part of our Public Relations Department, you will be responsible to ensure all Hertz vehicles are renewed within 1 month of the expiry date with valid insurance to ensure customers coverage in case of any incidents and avoid company penalties. You are expected to ensure that processes and procedures are followed with all units when branding is involved for lease customer contracts. Contact and update users of the process and required documentation to avoid vehicle down time and vehicle replacements.

You will be part of our Hertz operations based in Dubai, reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager. You are responsible to ensureEnsure Hertz pro members have leadership and support for all business ventures and RTA regulations.

To manage monthly petty cash floats for the driver pool and complete reconciliation. You are also responsible in dealing with customer requests for company Noc’s for branding, parking cards and gate passes. Ensuring all new requests are followed through and updated and provided upon completion. Enter passing invoices into Sap for vendor payments to be completed. Complete in-house driver phone allowance on a monthly basis.

Requirements

You should have at least an understanding of PRO job roles in reference to vehicle registration. Candidate who has completed high school education. Must be able to speak in Hindi, Urdu and basic Arabic language. You should also proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

You should have good planning and organizing skills as well as problem solving and decision making ability. You should have excellent communication skills and able to practice diplomacy when faced on tough situations. Possesses the ability to adapt to cultural conceptions and has strong leadership skills.
