Public Relations & Marketing Coordinator

Job description / Role

This role is responsible for supporting the Business Development & Marketing Manager on all marketing activities as per Firm plans.

Main responsibilities:
- Calling, follow up, planning for meetings and visiting prospect clients to introduce firm services as per Business Development and marketing strategy.
- Drafting Minutes of meeting for the prospect and current clients meeting.
- Liaising with and answering enquiries from targeted clients, often via telephone and email.
- Distributing publication releases to targeted and current clients via email or during client visit;
- Representation of the firm on events, firm may organize its own events.
- managing and updating information and engaging with clients on social media sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook;
- Prepare a monthly report regard the PR & Marketing activities.
- There is may be a need to travel during the working day in UAE. The role may require international travel, depending on the Firm activities.
- Other duties that are related to the position: competitor report, marketing trends, following up with external suppliers, collect marketing date.

Reporting to: Business Development Manager
Number required: 3
Duration: permanent
Probation: 6 months
Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday 8:30 am- 6 PM

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organization and coordination skills.
- Should be a pleasing personality.
- Quick learner.
- 1+ years in in-house marketing and communications in the life
