Public Relations Officer

Job description / Role

Purpose: To deliver and complete all Government related assignment concerning MoL and Immigration offices all Government related facilities that need a PRO advised and assistance. Ensure all assignments are completed in effective and professional manner

Key Accountabilities:
- To submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to visit visas, employment or residence visas, car registrations, Trade License, labor permits, Emirates ID.
- Attend Labor Department work for processing new Employment visa, employment agreement and Work Permit.
- Attend Immigration Department work for processing new visas ( visist, transit, employment) stamping resident permit, sponsorship, transfer, cancellation, reporting absconders and taking up renewal in timely basis.
- To proactively manage the timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labor Permits.
- Assist employees in renewing visas for their immediate dependents.
- To assist all MAFP sponsored staff and their dependents in the medical check process.
- Assist the company and the employees with visa arrangements in Embassies.
- Processing visa for other countries Consulates in UAE for all employees who travels on business trip.
- To renew all company related licenses prior to their expiry date.
- Represents the company in court, police department and other sources that requires representation of PRO.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 years experience in a government liaison role/PRO in the UAE
- With a valid UAE driver’s license

Other Requirements
- Proficiency in Arabic and English Languages is required
- Strong background of UAE Labor law
- Proficient typing skills in English and Arabic.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively particularly with local government bodies.
- Excellent organization skills.
