Job description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Company business licenses – manage the company licenses; ensure the licenses are up to date and we have a track record of their validity and their copies; pro-actively advise the business on what licenses are needed and arrange for those
• Employee labor permits and residency visas – manage the labor and immigration file for the company; apply for labor permits and residency visas for the employees; ensure timely issuance of both
• Maintain healthy relationship with various UAE ministries/offices to ensure our compliance with the UAE laws and regulations and smooth process of labor permits and visa processing
• Pension – ensure the company is registered with the Pension authority and employees are registered timely
• Keep up to date with the current legislation of UAE in terms of Licenses and visas
Requirements
Skills & Experience Required:
• Excellent communication skills – English and Arabic, both verbal and written
• Good time management skills, including multitasking and prioritizing
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• A friendly, supportive and confident personality
• Very smart and professional
