Job Role: Public Relations Officer
Job role reports to: Administration Manager
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Role Responsibilities:
• Process all types of applications viz. Official & Legal documents to the local government.
• Process the visas from other Consulates & Embassies in the UAE for the employee’s business travel and ensuring that the visas are processed in a timely manner to support the businesses.
• Handle all shipment clearances from the local Customs office.
• Deal with the general enquiries regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently, to enhance the level of department service.
• Assist in company errands whenever required.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experiences:
• The incumbent must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Must be a confident communicator and presenter
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
• Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
• Spoken and written Arabic is a must
• Valid UAE driving license
• Salary: Attractive Salary package + Other benefits viz. Annual Leave, Annual Airfare to home country, Life Insurance and Health insurance
