Public Relations Officer

Job description / Role

We offer:

Functional responsibilities:
• Fulfilment of responsibilities in the sphere of:
• All types of Employment Visas service provision;
• All types of Investors Visas service provision;
• Communication and building and maintaining relationship with state institutions, institutions and municipalities.
• Provide high-quality services to clients across the entire range of services.
• Execute customer services in accordance with the approved company terms.
• Maintain effective communication with government and institution officials, and service providers on behalf of clients and Company.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach in delivering services to clients.
• Stay updated on significant changes in the industry of provided services and inform colleagues and management accordingly.
• Ensure polite and courteous treatment of customers.
• Share knowledge with the marketing department, content department, and customer support department.
• Maintain an up-to date contact base in the software defined by the company.
• Adhere to all regulations, policies, and directives relevant to the position.

Salary:
AED 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Strong background of the U.A.E. Labor law;
• Experience in similar position in Dubai (3-5 years);
• Knowledgeable on company formation in Mainland & Free Zone;
• Processing and attesting legal documents;
• Administration skills;
• It is important that you have a personal car;
• Good Oral & written English, native Arabic speaker;
• It is important that you have a personal car;
• Solid background on UAE Labor law most; importantly on Immigration rules and regulation;
• Effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with local government agencies;
• Great organizational skills.
