Position Title: Purchase Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading dental healthcare providers in Dubai, currently they have five branches that offers high quality dental care

Job Role:
- Manage the complete cycle of procurement & material management right from receipt of purchase requisition, evaluating techno-commercial offers, quotations preparation & submission, ordering, negotiations, shipping, receiving, warehousing, placement of purchase order & meeting of deliveries
- Set leading supply chain operations including strategic planning, procurement operations, material management, inventory management, vendor/supplier management, contract negotiations, and team management
- Perform sourcing strategies, vendor identification, development, and analytical assessment to strengthen supply chain effectiveness
- Ensure that a company enjoys a competitive edge when compared to their competitors by securing the best quality, price/terms from suppliers

Requirements

Requirements:
- Open to Any nationals
- Male/Female, 40 years old below
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 4 years of experience as Purchase Coordinator in dental products/supplies
- Should have worked in a Dental Setup with 5 or more specialty in Dental
- Knowledgeable in Inventory Management
- Proficient in using Microsoft Offices; preferably worked with ERP system like Oracle and SAP
- Excellent communication skills
- Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized
