Purchase Executive - Al-Futtaim Honda

We are currently looking for a Purchase Executive to work within the pre-owned division of Al-Futtaim Honda. This role will be reporting into the Used Cars Sales Manager and will be based in Dubai. Working within the showroom network, this role aims to ensure that all potential customers are provided with excellent customer service and accurate information about the products and services of the Honda brand.

The Purchase Executive role is to support the sales objectives of the company through achieving and exceeding given sales, buying and customer Service Index (CSI) targets, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales.

In order to achieve this the Purchase Executive will constantly improve selling techniques and customer handling skills through maintaining awareness of the pre-owned industry, updating knowledge of product range, models, features and benefits and exploring opportunities to sell and buy quality pre-owned vehicles.

Requirements

You will ideally hold a Bachelors Degree along with experience in retail or fleet sales within the automotive field. It is essential that you are passionate and knowledgeable about the pre-owned vehicle industry with a positive attitude to succeed.

This role can have changing priorities and so you will possess strong organisation and time management skills along with the ability to work unsupervised while following company policies and processes.
