Job description / Role
We are looking for some one who has at least 3 years work experience in the UAE working with vendors from China and Europe. They should have experience in both purchasing and logistics.
The candidate should have prior experience in using an ERP and have eye for detail.
They would be required to:
- Communicate with vendors for current orders and new products
- Place orders and ensure deliveries are in time to ensure we do not run short of stock
- Demand plan with Customer Service
- Consolidate shipments into containers
- Give the sales team pricing for products they request
Requirements
- University Degree and CISCP or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years work ex in UAE
- Prior experience in merchandising or purchasing bed and bath linen products
