Purchase Manager up to 25k Aed for an Fmcg Company in Dubai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Assess, manage and mitigate risks
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
Requirements
- POSITION: Purchase Manager
- SALARY: up to 25,000 AED all-inclusive depending on qualifications
- HIRING COMPANY: FMCG Company
- LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to ANY nationality
- Male/Female, 40 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably from an FMCG / Logistics industry
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
- Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
- Strong negotiation, networking and leadership capabilities
