We are actively looking for a a Purchasing/ Logistics officer to manage the special and stock orders of our products from overseas manufacturers and local suppliers. Tracking each purchase order through our ERP system until the materials have been received to our warehouse and then invoicing on receipt of GRN. To manage all items on the sales and purchase catalogue, creating new products with the required information including foreign and local currency. Coordinating with the accountant to provide supplier SOA’s, discrepancies and damaged goods in order for suppliers to be paid.

Duties also including but limited to:
- Preparing Special purchase orders based on not stock items showing negative in our stock book – Tracking stock book to place these orders.
- Creating container stock orders based on given requirements as well as per the minimum stock levels.
- Setting up minimum and maximum stock levels as per sales and manufacturing duration.
- Coordinating with suppliers for the required documents to clear each shipment.
- Contact freight companies to get the best price available for the transport of goods and coordinating between the freight company and the supplier to ensure smooth process.
- Coordinating with stock controller for received and delivered goods to ensure the stock is always correct.
- Assist in the monthly and quarterly stock count/ check.
- Other duties within the role are required.

Requirements

The job requires a self starting, motivated person with good initiative and able to think on there feet.

Candidate must have 2-3 years experience within a purchasing role:
Familiar with export/import documentations

OFFER:
- Salary: AED 5,000 - AED 6,000
- 30 days annual leave per year
- Annual Return ticket to home country
- Transportation provided by the company.
