Job description / Role
We are looking for a QA Manager for Borr Drilling Ltd.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the performances of our IMS for Quality Management System, quality assurance & quality control activities in accordance with Borr Drilling's standards. This position will be based in Dubai, reporting to our Vice President HSE&Q.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver effective solutions for quality systems and quality assurance activities within the organisation and ensure these are performed in accordance with internal and external requirements
• Ensure delivery against QA goals and objectives, i.e. meeting commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance schedule
• Create, implement and ensure that company's policies are effectively implemented within organisation
• Develop KPIs to measure the success of the QA initiatives
• Providing quality training programs for employees
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or similar Engineering
• Understanding of drilling tools and equipment, inspection requirements and references
• Familiar with inspection of all products and services as per quality plan and specification
• Experience within management roles
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) with the ability to work with clients, internal onshore teams and offshore personnel
• Willingness to travel
