Job description / Role
- Onsite inspection of production
- Analysis , Protection QC
- ICP, High Integrity.
- Fertilizer experience is a must
- Continuous Flow analysis
- Must also have experience in quality control
- PH Meter, EC Meter, Spectrometer, AAS and also Should have experience into organic and inorganic ferlizers. Service and Shutdown Inspection of Static Equipment’s like Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Primary & Secondary Reformer, Urea Reactors, Columns, Tanks and Piping in Urea, Ammonia, Power Plant, Utilities and Bagging Plant by Visual Inspection, Thickness and Hardness Measurement, Penetrant Testing, Weep Holes Checking and Temperature Measurement of Refractory Walls and Reformer Tubes.
Requirements
- 5 yrs of experience into Production Analysis
- Msc in Chemistry
- Experience in fertilizers is a must.
- Ability to train staff
- Preferred any nationality
- Should also have knowledge on quality control and also granular and soul able fertilizers
