Employment: Contract

Role: QHSE Auditor
Contract Duration: 4 - 6 months ( with possible extension)
Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Overview: The QHSE Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations within our organization. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of QHSE standards, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate audit findings.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular and thorough audits of company operations, facilities, and processes to assess adherence to QHSE standards, policies, and regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement in QHSE systems and processes and provide actionable recommendations to enhance compliance and efficiency.
• Analyze data and documentation to assess risks, identify non-conformities, and verify corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain audit reports, detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure understanding and implementation of QHSE standards and practices.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and advancements in QHSE standards to continually improve audit methodologies.

Requirements

Ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience (10 years) in QHSE auditing, preferably within manufacturing or mechanical.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant QHSE regulations, standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.), and industry practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey audit findings and recommendations clearly. (English)
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Certification in QHSE auditing (e.g., IRCA Lead Auditor certification) is advantageous.
