Job description / Role
QPA Lead - 12 Month Rolling Contract - Dubai
Our client is currently looking for a QPA Lead to join their IT team and please see below the details and skills for the role:
- Facilitate project teams in executing the project activities as per Organization Process Framework
- Carry out compliance checks or audits to identify non-compliance and track them to closure
- Provide facilitation to the IT teams in the definition of processes that are consistent, based on best practices and benefit the organization
- Set up the mechanisms (tools / techniques / methods) to collate relevant data, consolidate, measure, report and monitor the same against targets
- Facilitate quantitative process improvement based on the performance measures, and challenge non-compliances through effective forums at the senior management level
- Coordinate and control the releases planned against various applications to identify possible failures proactively to increase success rate
Requirements
- Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization and assist the IT teams in identifying the problems
- Advise and guide Stream Heads, Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineering Controllers on the Quality Management framework ensuring the execution of improvement actions
- Provide consultancy, coaching, facilitate mentoring services and knowledge sharing to facilitate continuous improvement in processes
- Conduct process and tool training
- Experience in facilitating agile projects.
