Description
Leading QSR brand require a New Product Development and Marketing Manager to cover the MENA region. Responsible for new concept innovation, successful management of franchise partners and direct to consumer marketing of new products balancing short term sales and profit achievement with need to undertake longer term brand and business building.
* Monitor consumer food trends via publications, websites and online partner companies and identify opportunities for new product launches.
* Communicate and cascade new product designs to the wider business at local market level.
* Support consumer research exploration and evaluation - in market
Job Offer
35,000 - 40,000 AED / month total package plus annual bonus, healthcare, flights
Requirements
To be considered the applicant MUST have the following experience:
* 6-10 years experience in consumer product marketing (food) and new product development
* Working directly for a QSR / restaurant chain creating and pitching new product concepts and managing brand and franchise partners.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a prerequisite
* Strong process-oriented person with a high attention to detail, high personal energy, intellectual curiosity and very strong work ethic
* Dubai based, with the ability to travel when required
