NTS Group are working with a leading multinational company in Dubai to recruit a Quality Assurance Officer for the MEA region. Reporting into the QA Director for MEA, the Country Quality Assurance Officer MEA is responsible:
- To ensure that QA processes are implemented.
- To ensure that QA processes are implemented in MEA.
- Local Complaint Coordinator activity
- Product Surveillance activity for Drugs and Medical Devices
- FCA execution
- WISE expert user
- Release of products
- Implementation of quality system.
- Ensure back up tasks for the critical Processes in MEA region: Complaint Management; FCA management; Hold Management; Quality system Implementation.
- To ensure that processes and procedure related to mentioned activities are compliant to local regulations, to the Corporate Quality Manual and to the ISO 9000 and 13485 requirements.
- To ensure appropriate contacts with country functions (Regulatory Affairs, Vigilance, W&D and TS) and businesses are maintained.
- To ensure the Quality responsibility for Dubai warehouse.
Requirements
The function requires a degree in Pharmacy, Natural Science or equivalent degree in the scientific field.
For a person with the specified education a 2-3 years professional experience in quality assurance in multinational environment is required.
Additional knowledge or skills gained through a combination of academic study, job experience is required, e.g.:
- Ability to liase with the different functions involved, Regulatory Affairs, Vigilance, W&D, Business
- Local Pharmaceutical & Medical devices regulations knowledge.
- Good Knowledge of GMP; GDP; ISO9001 and ISO 13485.
- Good English
- Good Arabic
