Job description / Role
- Implementation of effective quality management system to the manufacturing unit, process and activities.
- Scheduling internal quality audits and quality review meetings.
- Ensure good manufacturing practices and personnel hygiene inside the operation facility.
- Assures the food safety and specifications of products and processes by establishing and enforcing quality policies, procedures and standards.
- Manage and maintain the auditing/monitoring of all quality parameters within the facility including incoming supplier specifications, raw materials, operation, storage, and delivery if applicable.
- Manage and implement all Safety related activities within the plant including all Municipality requirements that are necessary to ensure a safe facility.
- Micro and analytical testing to verify compliance.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience supporting executive levels.
- Strong calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience in food production
