Job description / Role

Our Client is a multi-national water pump solutions provider in the municipal utility, commercial and residential building services & industrial and agricultural settings. Their global turnover is $4 billion, they employ over 12,000 employees worldwide.

They are currently recruiting for a Quality Control for their pump manufacturing operations in Dubai.

As the Quality Control you will be the main controller for ensuring of quality and product development projects. You will be involved with incoming and on spot inspection along assembly lines. A high level of examination of the conformance of components and finished goods will be required. Corrective actions of the manufacturing process will be initiated by the Quality Control should parts and components not comply with company standards. You will be coordinating with various teams on trans-functional projects for design or re-design of manufactured goods. Throughout your role you will inspire and promote a high degree of quality and EHS standards on the jobsite.

Requirements

- Excellent capabilities and experience with electro and mechanical measurements
- Experience working in a quality related role
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Problem-solving mindset
- Good presentation and teaching skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments with shifting priorities
- Experience working in quality of technical parts or components would be advantageous
