All aspects of pre-contract measurement and estimating for multiple aviation projects, with skill set to include:
- Setting high level project budgets
- Measurement and estimating experience in POMI, CESSM3 and UNIFORMAT II
- Measuring and evaluating / tracking design changes against budget expectations
- Working alongside clients design and procurement team to evaluate design development costs
- Value Engineering solutions to maintain project budgets
- Capable of holding and maintaining high level and detailed commercial meetings with the all stakeholders
- QAQC of design documentation to ensure compliant and complete for preparation of pricing schedules and tendering

Requirements

- Aviation experience including both buildings and airside infrastructure;
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university;
- Minimum 3 years relevant aviation experience;
- Minimum 2 years consultant experience;
- Minimum 2 Years UAE experience;
- MRICS APC enrolment as minimum;
- Knowledge in the use of QS software CATO or similar a must;
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skill
