Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible but not limited to the technical support to the project team by preparation of quantity calculations, monthly valuations and any other quantity surveying activities.

The following duties below would be deemed mandatory but are not limited to the expected high standards of a Quantity Surveyor working within the construction industries:

- Reports to Tendering Manager.
- Working in coordination with the Tendering manager.
- Quantity calculations for tenders and on-going projects.
- Prepares monthly valuation for the Client.
- Prepares variations/claims documentation.
- Maintains the contract documents of the awarded projects.
- Analyze all the specifications provided with the tender and study the drawings.
- Note the additional items and its quantity, which are not included in the consultant bill.

Requirements

- A graduate in Civil Engineering with 14 years of experience.

Skills:
- Strong attention to details.
- Sufficient Computer skills and proper English reading & writing.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent knowledge of estimation and quantity surveying applications.
