Job description / Role
- Study the Tender Documents, B.O.Q., Specifications & Drawings and advise the Inquiry Engineer of any discrepancies.
- Prepare a Take-off tender quantities as per the Tender drawings & specifications and compare with the quantities given in the Consultant BOQ and advise of any major difference.
- Advise the Inquiry Engineer & Estimator of any queries, clarifications, discrepancies to be addressed to the Consultant.
Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying, with 5+ years experience in Quantity Surveying at building construction projects of large contracting companies preferably in GCC.
Must be computer literate and speak fluent English. Should be capable to take off quantities independently, prepare financial and forecast project reports; Establish, prepare and price contractual claims & variations.
