Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Basic Duties & Responsibilities
• Payment Preparation, Measurement Sheet Breakdown for Payments
• New Rates Preparation, Variation Order Submission, Cost Assessments
• Quantity Take-Off
• Scheduling of Material Procurement / Cash Flow Reports
• Subcontractor Payments Evaluation, Subcontractor Invoice Evaluation
• Material on Site Claims and other claims
• Prolongation cost claims
• Progress against claims
• RFA monitoring

Requirements

Minimum Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience in the UAE working with Contractor
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Has worked in Roads, Bridges and Infrastructure projects in the UAE
• Must be very good in Excel and other Microsoft programs
• Proficient in CAD Software
• Good Communication skills
• Can work under pressure
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
