Job description / Role
* Attending pre-award meetings and assisting in negotiations with clients.
* Interpreting and understanding tender information.
* Assessing the project and organizing Sub Contract enquiries/ quotations.
* Identify, notify, prepare, submit and follow up variations due to design changes and/or time extension delays.
* Assembling costs/ rates and preparing net estimate for review by Senior Management.
* Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
* Finalizing tender submission documents for clients.
* Post-tender and post- contract analysis and review.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 year's in Quantity Surveying of interior fit-out projects as site QS.
* Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar.
* Must have experience on large scale hospitality projects.
* Experience in post contract Quantity Surveying functions is essential.
* Must have experience in the full scope of interior fit out, FFE and joinery packages.
* Must have previous GCC experience.
* Should have strong organization skills.
