Job description / Role
Our client is a well known Cost and Project Management Consultancy who operate worldwide. They are part of a larger group who employ 18,000 people and 2,000 people in the Middle East. As part of the UAE's continued growth and push towards the Expo 2022, they are winning a number of large scale projects including large hotels, high rise commercial, leisure and mixed use developments.
They have a specific requirement for a MRICS chartered QS with at least 4 years post grad experience. You must have worked predominantly for PQS firms in the UK or wherever you are currently based and have a prove and loyal track record of delivering build projects with your previous employers. You will come into a team of like minded professionals who will help develop your talent on some of the biggest projects in the world.

Requirements
- Must be a full professional chartered member of the MRICS
- Must have worked on build projects
- Must have Consultancy experience and be able to prove a loyal track record with employers
- Able to relocate within 8 weeks
- Have a BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or closely related
