Job description / Role
Quantity Surveyor - Dubai - Urgent
This will be working for a main contractor on a multiple building project.
The successful candidate would need to have a minimum of 8 years experience and have civil building project experience.
Client can only accept applications who are already based in the UAE and have NO NOTICE.
The right candidate would need to have a minimum of 5 years working in the Middle East or Internationally.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years experience with knowledge of both pre & post contract.
- A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying is not essential but would be an advantage.
- Experience working with contractors in the Middle East.
- Considerable Experience with various Build and Civil Projects ( buildings would be preferred).
- Strong measurement experience.
- Strong FIDIC experience.
- Be able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
Candidates must be based in the UAE and be ready to start work right away.
