Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A global leader with diversified products is currently in search of a Quotation and Tender Specialist to join their growing healthcare team in Dubai. You will be directly reporting to the Quote and Tender Team Leader.

Location: Dubai Internet City
Duration: 12 months

The Q&T Specialist supports sales of a subset of company’s Healthcare portfolio as the clinical/technical expert for their assigned products/solutions and/or services.

They are expected to be able to differentiate company’s product offerings, convey compelling value propositions, qualify identified opportunities, develop and present solutions proposals and quotations, and respond to customers’ clinical/technical questions

Responsibilities
- Contribute to account plans in conjunction with Q&T Leader & Region Sales Manager
- Facilitate overview of quote/project
- Preview total package price. Liaise w/ Pricing.
- Consolidate Brochures & DataSheet
- Build professional comprehensive Customer Facing document
- Keep record of all Tenders submitted + Win/Loss Info
- Ensures that the preparation of tender checklists and quantities are accurate
- Ensures that the calculations and cost information contained in all tenders are accurate
- Arranges all relevant tender documents required for the contract review
- Evaluate actual cost data and determine unit price.
- Communicate and track market trends to/from the field including competitor data, and support implementation of effective counter-strategies.

Product & Market Expertise
- Maintain up to date detailed knowledge of their product / services. Be able to present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits and terms which are relevant to customers.
- Create viable product configurations which meet customer needs effectively, while achieving optimum margin for the company.
- Differentiate assigned product offering during the various stages of the sales process, effectively using company’s resources and approved product marketing and product promotion material to actively support the customer through their decision making process towards a successful outcome for the company.

Opportunity Management
- In conjunction with Q&T Leader & Region Sales Manager perform the needs qualification and vendor selection, configuration, and quote parts of the sales process and support the Account Manager as needed during negotiation and closure of product opportunities in order to meet orders, sales, and margin targets as well as to maximize customer satisfaction in assigned territory.
- Update and maintain opportunities in the applicable sales funnel tool and/ or other product CRM tools
- Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.

Teamwork
- Educates account team members on their product/service/solution strategy and offerings.
- Share and follow-up identified leads to other product lines within own accounts

Compliance
- Adhere to and uphold highest standards of compliance to relevant international and local Regulatory and Healthcare Promotional Codes & to all applicable Healthcare compliance policies, codes and training requirements
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree (technical or clinical) and minimum 3 years of experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (e.g. biomedical engineering, medical physics) or Life Sciences field
- Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry
- Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach
- Strong team player
- Strong presentation skills with ability to synthesize and explain complex issues
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare
- Experience in life care solutions
- Available immediately due to urgency of the role

Remuneration Package
Fantastic lump sum salary package at stake for the right candidate
