Job description / Role
R&D Chemist - L - Dubai
- Execute all lab activities needed for formula evaluation, as performance, stability, compatibility, claim support
- Execute all lab work that support the implementation of cost save initiatives
- Execute all test methods/demos that show superiority of our products when compared to our competitors or benchmark
- Conduct comparative performance test/physical & chemical analysis to evaluate our competitors when compared to our products.
- Make sure that all samples used in consumer tests are fitting to the specifications.
- Apply all performance tests according to the approved test methods/Henkel guidelines.
- Calibrate all equipment and tools to get reliable results.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or Business Chemistry is a must
- Masters degree is preferable
- 1 year experience in R&D or Quality
- Excellent Command of English
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent team skills and flexible
