Job description / Role

We are looking for Real Estate Agents with a passion for helping people find their dream home or perfect properties for investments.

This job offer is for people who can work on a commission basis only.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to leads on time and do follow-up to convert to appointments and track all client updates using a database system.
- Look for properties that meet Client's requirement and schedule viewings to close the deal.
- Stay up to date with the real estate market and the home buying and renting process.
- Write and submit offers on behalf of clients, effectively negotiate offers and oversee the entire process to close.

Requirements

Requirements:
- Dubai Real Estate Experience for at least 2 years
- Ability to work independently with little management involvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.
- Candidates must be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
- Driving license and own car
