WHAT YOU WILL DO?
• Learn at our expense;
• Practice on our client base;
• Work with incoming requests;
• Identify customer needs;
• Develop client task resolution strategies with the support of a manager;

• Close deals and lead clients to transactions;

Salary:
AED 1,000,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, sales expertise, customer service orientation,
• Networking ability, time management, problem-solving, attention to detail, proficiency in CRM software, understanding of real estate laws and regulations in Dubai, adaptability
• Bilingual or multilingual capability (especially Russian and English)
• Digital marketing savvy, financial acumen, team collaboration, ethical practice, persistence, stress tolerance.
