Job description / Role
We are looking for Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants.
Willing to work on a commission basis. No salary.
Commission up to 70%
Applicants must have the following:
* Driving license and own car.
* Excellent timekeeping and attention to detail.
* Ability to compare properties to determine a competitive market price.
* Confidence to take prospective buyers or renters to see properties
* Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
* Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
* Create lists for real estate sale properties.
* Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
* Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.

Requirements
Required Experience:
* At least 2-5 years Real Estate experience but fresher are also welcome

* Tidy appearance
