Acting for purchasers and sellers in relation to the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties and developments in the freehold and non-freehold areas

Description
* Acting for purchasers and sellers in relation to the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties and developments in the freehold and non-freehold areas
* Assisting with property due diligence and preparing reports
* Advising investors in relation to major property transactions
* Chairing meetings with Owners' Associations
* Sub leases and lease renewals for both landlord and tenant

Requirements
Candidates who apply must meet the following criteria:
* Common Law Qualification
* UAE experience and understanding of freehold and non-freehold areas
* 2-5 years Post Qualifying Experience in a Real Estate Practice of a Local or International Law Firm
* Working experience completing several sales and purchases of commercial and residential properties
