Job description / Role

We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Broker who can assist the CEO in his business activities which include construction, property development and management.

The role will also include some PA work as and when required by the CEO. This position will be of key importance within the organization. Your role is to serve as a point of reference between the CEO and prospective people wanting to buy/rent his apartments/buildings.

You will assist him in promoting his properties for sale/rent and offer advice to potential tenants/buyers. Responsibilities will include but not limited to; advising clients on prices, market conditions, and other related information. Taking prospective buyers or renters to see properties. Mediate negotiations between the buyer and seller. Prepare documents, such as contracts and obtain all necessary documents required from buyers or renters. Collecting cheques and payments. Renewing contracts.

The successful candidate must have previous real estate background, as this role will involve working within the real estate side of the company. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and organise your work and the initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner. The successful candidate should be a flexible and versatile individual who has the ability to work well under pressure. It is essential that you are able to be fully committed during active periods.

Requirements

- Proven working experience as a real estate broker
- Proven track record of sales
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
- Trustworthy and results-driven
- Valid licence to practice the profession of real estate broker

Must be European with a minimum experience of 8 years in a similar role, UAE experience is essential for this position.

Attractive salary package AED 18,000 per month depending on experience plus bonus's.
