Job description / Role

Working as a leasing Broker within the UAE's number one real estate group, Betterhomes. Initially starting within the leasing team and working towards progressing into sales. With daily team meetings, targets to hit and fantastic offices to work from throughout Dubai.

Responsibilities will include:
- Lead generation, both instructions and prospective clients, through warm calling
- Valuations
- Networking to become an area specialist within your assigned community
- Qualifying new leads
- Conducting viewings
- Hitting monthly targets
- Negotiating and finalising deals
- Handing over properties and following up with clients.

- 50-65% Commission payable

Requirements

The selected candidates must be motivates, target driven and have a hunger for success.

- 2 years sales experience
- Full driving license
- Determination to succeed
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Money motivated
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Fluent in the English language
