Job description / Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and market goals. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development is a must.
REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage social media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook etc.)
- Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets
- Prepare an accurate report on our marketing campaign's overall performance
- Optimize campaigns to improve marketing results
- Build and optimize landing pages/ website for conversion
- Working to plan and design our future product lines
- Forecast sales performance trends, both Off-Plan and Secondary
- Monitor competitions and provide suggestions for improvement
- Build and execute multiple marketing campaigns to help expand the real estate brand
- Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Familiar with online marketing strategies
- Basic knowledge of Web and graphic design
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with SEO and SEM
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- Familiar with UAE Property Internet advertising, especially the performance advertising market
- Digital Marketing Specialist in Real Estate: 2 years (Required)
- Experience in UAE REAL ESTATE MARKET IS A MUST (2-5 YEARS)
