Real Estate Manager

Job description / Role

- The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for the management, legal, finance, maintenance, marketing and general operation of the commercial portfolio.
- Manage and execute real estate activities, including leases, building acquisitions/dispositions, site locations and property management activities.
- Act as central point of contact, build internal relationships and partner with management to manage and execute a variety of real estate needs.
- Develop, align and execute real estate strategies to support business requirements, plans and objectives for future real estate needs. Translate objectives into real estate strategies.
- Ensure seamless, consistent communication with Management.
- Reporting directly to the General Manager.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have held a Supervisory role for at least the past 7 years and is now ready for a Managerial role which offers a higher level autonomy and responsibility of running and managing an entire multi-million dollar budget.

- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business or related discipline.
- 7+ year’s corporate real estate experience within a multinational company or family group.
- Commercial / industrial real estate negotiation experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven financial analysis, lease negotiation, contract management and real estate database skills.
- Extremely organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Training, mentoring and monitoring junior team members.
