THE ROLE
To support its growth, Stone Tree Real Estate LLC is seeking to attract Professional Real Estate Lease Agent with experience in Dubai.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE
The successful Lease Associate should possess the following characteristics:
• Self-starter and highly energetic;
• Able to work with minimum supervision;
• Very comfortable on the phone and enjoy selling and cross-selling products and services;
• Relentless to meet and exceed targets;
• Be commercially savvy and understand basic economic principles (e.g. ROI) and market trends;
• Have experience and solid understanding of Dubai real estate market

• Do you have an understanding of how the Real Estate market (rent and sale) works in Dubai?
• What is the main job of a Broker (Real Estate Agent)?
• Do you know how Brokers get commission from deals in Dubai?
• Do you have experience in CRM and how many years?
• Do you have valid UAE driver license?
• Do you have car?
• Do you have Rera certificate?
• Can you record a Video Resume of your experience in Sales or Real Estate experience (if any)?
• Commission basis, any European additional language is a plus+ with car and driver license
