The company's role is to support their clients and families, obtaining a solution citizenship as a path to wealth preservation and free travel. Their team has the knowledge, experience and related governmental agreements to be able to support, arrange and expedite citizenship applications. The company assist their clients in all aspects of the process - from understanding the client particular situation, proposing suitable solutions, advising on corresponding investment options and completing the necessary documentation to obtain the second citizenship.


The Role

The Real Estate (RE) Sales Executive represents the company in the interactions with clients that decide to take the path of obtaining citizenship via the acquisition of Real Estate.

The RE Sales Executive will be individually responsible for pursuing the qualified leads generated by general Sales Executives. In particular, this involves:

Managing the clients assigned - with the ultimate objective of closing the sale of the RE option.
Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages (if applicable) legal requirements and related matters.
Advising on the conditions, advantages and disadvantages of a citizenship program supported by RE investment.
Controlling the elaboration of documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases (as applicable)
Coordinating property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
Answering clients' questions regarding construction work, financing (if applicable), maintenance, repairs.
Reviewing property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions and seminars to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets related to the citizenship programs
Advising the company's management on how to make RE more appealing to potential program buyers
Maintaining the relationship with the client by providing support, information and guidance regarding real state matters, in coordination with the general sales executive.
Ability and willingness to understand in detail the different Citizenship programs being offered by the company's enabling targeting prospects with the appropriate offer.
Endure quality and follow through for each client during its life-cycle
Follow internal processes, policies and systems in order to maintain accurate records at each stage of the sales process
Contribute in the communication flow by providing relevant information to the Sales Director to optimize the sales approach and the product offering

Requirements

- Candidate Profile, Required attributes:

Bachelor's degree in sales or business or commercial related areas
Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the Real State for high net worth individuals.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Able to inspire confidence and build relationships.
Very good communication skills. Command of spoken and written English is a must.
Experience in /willingness to work in teams and by objectives
Energetic, with good negotiation and presentation skills
Understands the importance of meeting sales objectives

Additional desired attributes
Arabic, Farsi language skills
Presentation skills
Integrated in Local/Regional communities forums

Compensation Package

Expected annual total compensation achieving targets is of AED 380,000.

Annual basic salary range AED 180,000.Variable compensation AED 200,000 (commissions and performance bonus).

Health insurance and annual flight home is payable by the company
