Join RE/MAX the world’s Number 1 Real Estate Brand with a network of over 100,000 agents in more than 100 countries. RE/MAX UAE seeks experienced RERA Certified Real Estate Sales and Leasing Agents for its network of offices.

The successful candidates will be self-motivated team players with “selling personalities”, who can contribute to the fast paced growth of RE/MAX in the UAE.

The Successful Candidates will:
- Coordinate and attend appointments with potential clients and provide clients with comparative studies/data for recently sold properties to determine competitive market pricing or the value of listed properties.
- Network with other brokers to promote exclusively-represented properties
- Be able to generate leads through newspapers, real estate portals, referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits
- Confer with relevant parties to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase and lease agreements.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds
- Promote sales of properties through different channels
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters

Requirements

- Results driven and able to meet their sales targets
- Have good command of the English language both spoken and written.
- RERA Certified with a minimum of 1 year UAE real estate experience.
- Must possess a valid UAE Driver’s license and preferably own a car.
