Job description / Role
SBK Real Estate is currently undergoing a huge expansion plan and as such we are looking for skilled and professional individuals who can work as Sales Manager in free hold areas. We practice is in line with the rules and regulations of RERA, the governing body of real estate in Dubai.
Main responsibilities
- As a Sales Manager you need to set up and manage free hold division of the company
- Source potential investors and establish and maintain strong working relationships
- Coordinating with sales team and represent the organization in exhibition and promotional activities of the properties
- Help to identify new markets and business opportunities
- Review sales teams performance, aiming to meet and exceed targets
- Prepare periodical sales activity reports for management information and decision making
- Ensure all the documentation concerning leads and account activities is correctly logged and made available for reporting on a regular basis
- Finalize the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience with a developer or real estate agency in similar capacity with proven track record
- Only candidates with valid UAE driving license may apply
- Through understanding of UAE property market
- Excellent communication skills
