Job description / Role
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team in Dubai.
As part of our Bodyshop team, you will be responsible to ensure courteous and professional handling of customers and ensure quality repairs of vehicles to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention. You will oversee the daily activities in the workshop and run a smooth, efficient and profitable operations. You also need to achieve a satisfactory financial performance, namely turnover, gross margin and expense control to achieve company’s budgetary objectives.
You will be assigned in a busy workshop & multi-cultural environment where you need to maintain a high level of productivity, efficiency, discipline and professionalism among your people.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role should be a Certified Master Body & Paint Advisor or Technician and should have at least a minimum of 3-5 years recent experience in an automotive dealership as a Reception Supervisor.
You should also be able to communicate effectively and must have a strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills alongside with supervisory competence. Arabic speaking candidates are highly preferential.
