Job description / Role

Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):
- Greet, assist and/or direct office visitors
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
- Pick up and deliver the mail
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, office tasks coordination, conferences and conference telephone calls
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Respond to public inquiries
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
- Monitor the use of supplies and equipment
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment

Requirements

- 1 years relevant experience
- Regional experience would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the office management.
