Job description / Role
Our client are a global multinational professional services firm based in DIFC who are looking for a receptionist to also assist in general administration.The role comes with a defined progression plan due to upcoming office expansion.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to progress quickly within a multinational organisation.
Basic duties include:
- General administration/receptionist responsibilities with additional ad-hoc duties when required.
- Strong willed and ability to handle difficult situations.
- Able to think outside the box and strong attention to detail.
- Assist with large company events.
- Energetic and keen to learn new skills.
- Daily management of the meeting rooms, including confirming and scheduling meetings.
Requirements
As mentioned above, the ideal candidate will be someone who is currently working in a similar position but is looking to progress to the next stage in their career.
A great salary package including a very strong bonus will be offered to the successful candidate
Preferably Western educated.
