Job description / Role

Exclusive Links is looking for a new individual to join our company in an integral position to our front line. This is a customer service related role and with additional administrative tasks that require a friendly and positive attitude to handle the day to day requirements of being the first point of contact for many of our customers. It can be a fast-paced role with a sense of urgency and great organizational skills. If you have great people skills to make our customers feel welcome and supported and you can multi-task then this could be the role for you.

DUTIES
• Receive calls and record and redirect
• Liaise between incoming suppliers and inventory collections
• Document control between our business locations
• Meet and Greet clients
• Internal support to aide company operations
• General office admin - answering phones, emails, filing, updating records
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

PACKAGE
• Office hours Mon to Thurs 9 am - 6pm / Friday 9am - 2pm
• Visa & labour by Employer
• Health insurance
• One airline ticket per annum to home country
• 30 calendar days per annum holidays
• Monthly salary based on experience

Each lease and sales negotiation and contract is becoming more involved and this has clearly come about as all parties, including ourselves as Brokers, ensure that we are covering all aspects of the transaction.
